John Kingston Ltd understands that learning from safety events is invaluable. Since 1998, we’ve been helping organisations of all sizes investigate accidents and incidents. Our years of experience have taught us to recognise the challenges and how to rise to them. 

John Kingston gained a PhD in 1996 for his research into the development of safety management systems. He works in a variety of industries (e.g. offshore oil and gas, the emergency services, aviation, and aerospace) and publishes articles regularly. John is a founder member of the Noordwijk Risk Initiative Foundation.
